From Waterloo: Take I-380 South to Center Point exit - take a left after exiting the interstate and proceed north through the town of Center Point. Take a right on E. Grubbs St aka County Rd E16 aka Central City Rd. Continue East on Central City Rd for approx 14 miles until you run into Hwy 13. Take a left and head North on Hwy 13.
